The website www.allercrete.com is the online store of the company of automotive goods under with the distinctive title “Allercrete.”, located in Heraklion, Crete, at Gouves 700 14, telephone: 6940 097540, www.allercrete.com. The visit and use of the Online Store automatically implies acceptance of these Terms of Use. In case of disagreement with the following terms and conditions, the visitor must not use the Online Store. Allercrete reserves the right to unilaterally modify, add, alter or renew the content or services of the Online Store, as well as the Terms of Use, whenever it deems necessary and without prior notice, with only the announcement of the same through the Online Store.
Time of delivery of products
The time of delivery of the order to the customer is determined according to the availability of the products and is the one indicated in the order confirmation. Allercrete reserves the above delivery time of the goods in cases of force majeure. Therefore, in the event of a delay in delivery of the order due to force majeure events, such as but not limited to extreme weather conditions or strikes, Allercrete shall not be in default.
If within 15 days of the agreed delivery-acceptance date of the products, the buyer does not accept to receive them, Allercrete has the right to charge the buyer with the costs of their storage and handling in its warehouses. Also, the company reserves the right to cancel the order beyond the 15 days of the products in its warehouses and to offset the amount received against the costs incurred by this order.
Products of the Online Shop
Through the e-shop, automotive products, accessories, spare parts and service items from the Allercrete store range are available for sale at preferential prices. The prices of the Online Shop are only valid for orders placed via the Online Shop and delivery to the customer’s premises or collection from our physical store, if this is possible. Product prices in the Online Store do not include fitting. Products in the Online Shop are sold until stocks are exhausted. The Online Store www.allercrete.com.gr can provide no guarantee for the availability of the products, but guarantees the timely notification of end consumers of their unavailability. The photos of the products are indicative and the colors in which they appear may show deviations.
Limitation of liability
Allercrete offers the products of the Online Store for sale in accordance with these terms of use and applicable law.
Allercrete shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused to customers and/or users of the Online Store, other than the obligation to return and replace products as set forth below. Allercrete shall not be liable for any form of damage (positive, special or consequential, which indicatively and not restrictively, disjunctively and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary compensation, etc.) suffered by the visitor/user of the Online Store or a third party from a cause related to the operation or use of the services, pages, services, services, options and contents of the Website and/or with the inability to provide services and/or information available through the Website and/or with any unauthorized interference by third parties in products and/or services and/or information available through the Website. Allercrete reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the E-Shop and the information and/or services provided through it, as well as to change the ways of searching for information, at its sole discretion.
Allercrete shall take all appropriate measures to ensure that access to the Online Shop and its services is, as far as possible, continuous and uninterrupted. However, Allercrete reserves the reasonable right to interrupt the operation of the Online Shop and/or the individual services for the purpose of carrying out maintenance work on the system without prior notice to the user.
Responsibility of the visitor / user
The use of the Online Store must be used exclusively for legitimate purposes and in a manner that does not restrict or prevent its use by third parties. The visitor is obliged to use the Online Store in accordance with the law, good morals and these terms, and not to perform any acts or omissions that may cause damage or malfunction to it, affect or endanger the provision of services by Allercrete. The visitor/user of the Online Store assumes responsibility for any damage caused to Allercrete by poor, illegal or improper use of the relevant services.

Right of withdrawal
Each customer of the Online Shop has the right, in accordance with the applicable legislation, to withdraw from the sale without justification, by filling in the relevant withdrawal form, which he/she must notify Allercrete by e-mail at info@allercrete.com or by fax at 6940 097540 (Attention Allercrete Eshop) and return the product purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the return costs shall be borne by the customer. In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging in the condition in which it was delivered, complete, undamaged (both the product and the packaging) and unused. It is also required to be necessarily accompanied by the original proof of purchase or purchase invoice. Before any return, the customer must contact the e-mail info@allercrete.com) in order to set the time of receipt of the product. Refund of the purchase price is made in the same manner as payment for the purchase is made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the product in the aforementioned condition.
Applicable law and other terms
Any provision of the above terms and conditions shall become contrary to law, shall automatically cease to be in force and shall be removed herefrom, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms and conditions.
Any waiver, grant of a time limit or failure to enforce one or more of these Terms on the part of Allercrete shall not be construed as a waiver, whether temporary or final, partial or total, of any right or claim arising thereunder or at law.
This Agreement shall be governed by European and Greek Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Heraklion.
