The visit and use of the Online Store automatically implies acceptance of these Terms of Use. In case of disagreement with the following terms and conditions, the visitor must not use the Online Store. Allercrete reserves the right to unilaterally modify, add, alter or renew the content or services of the Online Store, as well as the Terms of Use, whenever it deems necessary and without prior notice, with only the announcement of the same through the Online Store.
Time of delivery of products
The time of delivery of the order to the customer is determined according to the availability of the products and is the one indicated in the order confirmation. Allercrete reserves the above delivery time of the goods in cases of force majeure. Therefore, in the event of a delay in delivery of the order due to force majeure events, such as but not limited to extreme weather conditions or strikes, Allercrete shall not be in default.
If within 15 days of the agreed delivery-acceptance date of the products, the buyer does not accept to receive them, Allercrete has the right to charge the buyer with the costs of their storage and handling in its warehouses. Also, the company reserves the right to cancel the order beyond the 15 days of the products in its warehouses and to offset the amount received against the costs incurred by this order.

Through the e-shop, automotive products, accessories, spare parts and service items from the Allercrete store range are available for sale at preferential prices. The prices of the Online Shop are only valid for orders placed via the Online Shop and delivery to the customer’s premises or collection from our physical store, if this is possible. Product prices in the Online Store do not include fitting. Products in the Online Shop are sold until stocks are exhausted. In this case, the return costs shall be borne by the customer. Applicable law and other terms
